// EUROPEAN TRANSPORT · AI-NATIVE · RUN ON LOOPS

The solid state
of logistics.

A European transport company that runs on loops of its own AI — and builds them for yours. We move freight across Europe, and we make logistics businesses AI-native, one process-loop at a time.

The enemy

Logistics still runs on guesswork.

A pallet voucher that never comes back. A CMR that's simply gone — and you learn something was wrong with the shipment only when it's too late to fix. Driving-time rules tightening every year while tolls climb and every slip turns into a fine. A connected fleet means something is always happening — trucks, telematics, planning all firing signals at once — and one dispatcher is supposed to catch it all. Now put that next to legal driving hours: a driver running out of time with cargo still on board and more waiting in the pipeline.

Every one of these is an open loop — leaking time and margin, every day. The market sells AI to fix it; almost nobody selling it runs a fleet.

Two pillars, one company

Move & Transform.

Pillar 01 — the core & the proof

Move

European HGV transport and forwarding, run on our own AI loops. A real operator, not a broker — and the living proof the loops work, because our margin depends on them.

Move freight with us

Pillar 02 — built from experience

Transform

We make your operation AI-native one loop at a time — a document loop, a dispatch loop, a maintenance loop — each bespoke, self-checking, security- and privacy-first.

Make your operation AI-native

How it works

We run on loops.

A loop is a process that closes: it senses, decides, acts, checks its own work and learns — then runs again, a little better. It's three things at once, and we mean all three: the route a truck runs, the feedback loop that turns data into a decision, and the AI loop that runs a process start to finish and verifies itself. Under the hood, every loop is a pair of agents — one does the work, one verifies it. We don't deploy AI once and hope. We close loops.

Every loop we close is one fewer moving part. That's the bridge to the promise: a closed loop holds. Close enough of them and the whole operation reaches solid state — instant, silent, nothing slipping.

Every process is a loop

One loop at a time — starting with the paperwork.

We don't sell one big black box. We build and run loops, process by process, each one live, self-checking and improving. The unit we deliver is the loop — and the portfolio of loops is the org chart.

  • The document loopthe critical one
CMR consignment notes above all, plus delivery notes, customs and invoices: captured, read, checked, filed — exceptions flagged. Seconds, not hours, nothing re-keyed.
  • The dispatch loop. Sense demand and capacity, decide the route, act, check the fill, learn for next time.
  • The ETA & visibility loop. Every shipment tracked and answered before anyone asks.
  • The maintenance loop. Predict, schedule, verify — before a truck breaks down.
  • The finance loopthe 24/7 CFO
Quote to cash and the full books — reconciled, checked, always current. Nothing mis-billed, nothing waiting for month-end.
  • The people & planning loop. The human side — drivers, hours, schedules — supported by the same intelligence.
  • The meta-loopthe loop above the loops
The loop that improves the loops: it mines failures, fixes each at the lowest level that solves it, and keeps every failed attempt on file as data.

No new software

The loops run in the tools you already use.

No new software to learn. We close the loops inside Telegram and WhatsApp — where your team already works — with agents doing what a room full of people used to do by hand. It runs almost instantly and frees your people for the work that needs them.

From measurement to meaning

You can measure everything. The loop decides what to do about it.

Everything is measured — trucks, chats, spend, revenue, the full books. Measuring it is easy; knowing what to do with it isn't. The loop turns the daily flood of data points into the one decision that matters right now, acts, and checks the result. Decision support that runs the business — a long way past using ChatGPT to write your emails and LinkedIn posts.

Not more dashboards. The answer to “so what?”, on every data point, every day.

Why the loops hold

Four rules. No exceptions.

Rule 01

The referee stands outside the field

The checker, the budgets and the permissions live outside anything the loop can touch. Rules that only live in a prompt get optimized away; rules in the runtime hold.

Rule 02

Evidence, never rationale

An improvement goes live only when measurement proves the weakness is fixed — and nothing else got worse. Proof, not promises, applied to ourselves first.

Rule 03

The written core grows in small steps

Every loop runs from a written core — the values, boundaries and living context of the business, carried in files across every run. Never rewritten wholesale; small, verified additions only. That's why it doesn't drift.

Rule 04

Failure is data

Every failed attempt stays on file. Negative results are the cheapest way to make the next loop smarter.

Trust

AI runs the loops. You stay in command.

Every loop is built with a checker separate from the maker — one agent does the work, another verifies it — and a human holds the final call on anything that matters. AI does the hours; your people keep the judgment. Drivers are not resources. Customers are not files. Not AI that replaces your team — AI that hands them back their time and stays accountable to them.

Humans move up the stack — never out of the loop.

Security & privacy note — data handling, hosting and compliance statement.

Proof by practice

We run our own trucks on the loops first.

Everything we build for you, we run in our own cab before we hand it over. Proof, not promises.

Fleet size · lanes served · years operating.

See the proof

We didn't buy AI. We rebuilt our company with it. Everything moves. Nothing slips.
