We run on loops.
A loop is a process that closes. It senses, decides, acts, checks its own work and learns, then runs again a little better. By loop we mean three things: the route a truck drives, the feedback loop that turns data into a decision, and the AI loop that runs a process end to end and checks itself.
Bots do the fixed work, such as pulling telematics, reading a photo or sending a message. AI agents make the decisions. One agent does the work, a second checks it, and a person has the last word.
Every loop we close is one less moving part. A closed loop holds. Close enough of them and the operation reaches solid state, where nothing slips.

- The ETA and visibility loop. Every shipment is tracked, and the customer has the answer before they call.
- The maintenance loop. Spots wear early and books the workshop before a truck breaks down.
